SISCOM provides ADIB Bank a total integrated call center solution based on best of breed solution. The Call Center is based on Avaya Aura Contact Center, it was the first implementation of Avaya Aura geographic redundancy C.C in Egypt. We provided the CTI integration of the call center and ADIB Bank’s back end system.

We provided a turnkey Data Center for Egyptian Rail Ways including data center preparation with data cabling, power systems, lighting, backup power system, redundant HVAC system, fire security system, physical security systems, in addition to building management system (BMS) to monitor and control all devices and systems.

We designed and implemented a CCTV system for the Cairo University, we installed a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system across all the university’s campuses for the principal purposes of preventing and detecting crime. We provided a total telephony system for Petrojet campus. The telephony solutions includes 300 phones and including telephone cable (horizontal and vertical), telephone outlets and implementing and configuring the telephony PBX. The offered voice solution is a combination of analog and IP phone systems.
